Los Angeles Unified is closing all schools in the San Fernando Valley on Friday, Oct. 25, due to air quality and safety concerns caused by brushfires in the region. In addition, Community, Roscomare, Topanga, Valley View, Wonderland, and Elementary Community Day School will be closed.
Transportation to and from these schools will be cancelled for the day, and all athletic activities will be cancelled or postponed.
