Environmental Studies/Horticulture

Environmental studies is a multidisciplinary academic field which studies human interaction with the environment in the interests of solving complex problems.  In this course, students will be introduced to the field of environmental studies through hands-on experiences in the beautiful Nobel Learning Garden.
